By accessing and using CrashLoom ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
CrashLoom is an AI-powered reliability agent that monitors application crashes, analyzes root causes across linked applications, and generates automated pull requests with proposed fixes. You retain full control and must approve all changes before they are merged.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
CrashLoom operates on a plan-based system with monthly limits. Each plan includes limits for investigations, fixes, crash events, and an LLM budget (in USD). You can bring your own LLM keys (BYOLLM) on any plan, which only count against action limits and do not consume LLM budget.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all rights to your source code and data. CrashLoom retains all rights to the Service, including its software, algorithms, and infrastructure. Generated fixes are provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to integrate them into your codebase.
We take your data privacy seriously. Your source code is never stored by CrashLoom — it is accessed temporarily during analysis and discarded after processing. You can choose the sandbox image used for your execution environment. Crash data and code context are sent to third-party AI providers via their public commercial APIs for analysis and fix generation. Each provider's data handling practices are governed by their own terms of service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Use Policy for details.
CrashLoom never deploys code directly to production. All fixes are submitted as pull requests for your review. You maintain complete control over your codebase and deployment process.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability.
CrashLoom provides automated suggestions and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated fixes. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all changes before deploying to production. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, but your source code and data remain yours.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
